The Exchange Programme for senior police officers and trainers is set to continue. The one-year project, co-financed by CEPOL and the European Commission's Directorate General for Justice, Freedom and Security under the framework programme “Prevention of and Fight against Crime” started this month and will run until 2010.
Twenty-three countries will take part with 54 exchangees and 48 tutors exchanging knowledge and practice in priority topics:
· Organised Crime (for Senior Police Officers);
· Community Policing (for Senior Police Officers);
· Learning Environment (for training staff).
