Chief Superintendent of 1st Degree

Mr. İnalkaç was born in Ankara in 1965. After graduating from Gazi University in 1986 and Police Academy in 1988, he consequently worked for TNP Training Department, Bingöl City Police Department, TNP Anti- Smuggling&O.C Department and Ankara City Police Department.

Having served TNP International Relations Department as Head of Division and Deputy Head of the Department in order, he was promoted to the rank of Chief Superintendent of 1st Degree on June 30, 2011 and appointed as the Head of the International Relations Department acting as principal on August 24, 2011.

He attended a language course for 8 months in England in 1993 and has a good command of English. He has participated in many international seminars, meetings and conferences at home and abroad.

Mr. İnalkaç was seconded to the UN Peacekeeping Missions in Macedonia, Bosnia-Herzegovina and Kosovo from 1998-2000, and the OSCE Mission in Skopje from 2003-2005 as a Police Trainer in the Macedonian Police Academy.

He is married with three children.
